It was you who showed me that life's much more to give, that every second can be so beautiful. Just a call and you were there for me when I needed you. In the darkest hour you brought back the light although, sometimes it seemed to be and endless fight. But you taught me not to give up, that life has much more to give. We were smiling in the sunlight, dancing in the moonlight, walking in the air, singing in the rain. One for all and all for one we swore. Friends to the end. Which end? We didn't care... Now I know... which end.. It was you who left that life behind and I? I'm still here, remembering all the things you said, all the things together we did. Now I know that every moment I was allowed to spent with you was a present. But I just wish I coulda said I loved you Now I know what it means... friends to the end... You're gone but still you're here with me deep inside my heart. I'll carry you with me until the last wind blows, until the final sunset. Friends to the end... as we swore. Thank you for being there! |
